What is Microsoft OneDrive?
Microsoft OneDrive is the central hub and storage location for all of your cloud-hosted, digital LSUS files. It provides LSUS Faculty, Staff, and Students with access to their LSUS cloud-hosted files from any location and from any device platform.
How much data can I store in my OneDrive?
All LSUS Faculty, Staff, and Students have the ability to store up to 1 Terabyte of data in Microsoft OneDrive using their LSUS account.
How do I access my OneDrive?
Access via a web browser:
You can access your OneDrive by logging into your Microsoft 365 portal via the following link using your LSUS Single Sign-on credentials:
https://login.microsoftonline.com/?whr=lsus.edu
Students: Your username is YourStudentID@lsus.edu (e.g. A12345678@lsus.edu)
Faculty/Staff: Your username is Username@lsus.edu (e.g. jdoe@lsus.edu)
Once logged in, you can access OneDrive by clicking the matrix icon at the top-left and then clicking OneDrive. Screenshots for reference:

How do I export data out of my OneDrive?
After 3 major semesters (i.e. Fall, Spring, Summer) of non-enrollment, a student's LSUS Microsoft 365 services are deprovisioned.
Upon graduating or otherwise ending enrollment at LSUS, some students may find that they have the need or desire to create a local copy of data they may have stored in OneDrive while enrolled.
