macOS 'Mail' Office 365 Email How-To for Faculty/Staff

Perform the following steps to configure your student email account on your macOS computer:

  1. Open "System Preferences".
  2. Click "Internet Accounts."
  3. Click the "+" sign at the bottom left.
  4. Click "Exchange."
  5. Enter your name in the "Name" field.
  6. Enter in the "Email Address" field. Note: You are actually entering your username here; not your email address.
  7. Click "Sign In."
  8. Enter your credentials into the LSUS Single Sign-on prompt.
  9. Select which apps you want your email account to be synced with.
  10. Click "Done."
  11. Open the "Mail" application. You may need to wait a few moments while your emails are synced.
