Louisiana State University Shreveport (LSUS) is partnered with Parchment for official transcript services.
Things to Have Ready
- Turn off your pop-up blocker.
- Have your debit or credit card ready for payment.
- Have the recipient’s address available.
How to Order
- Visit lsus.edu
- Navigate to "Academics". In the drop down click on "Office of Records and Registration".
- Under "Transcript Requests" click on the "Parchment" link.
- If you have not created an account, please enter your email address, and click "Continue". Please use a personal email address here.
- Please fill out the requested personal information. After filling it out you will receive a confirmation email to verify your email address.
- After confirming your email address enter your enrollment information. Once finished click "Continue".
Student IDs consist of a capital letter followed by 8 numbers. If you attended or graduated LSUS before 1975, please enter the following: T67121234. Any other student who does not know or recall their LSUS Student ID will need to contact LSUS by filing a ticket at https://helpdesk.lsus.edu/support/home. Include your full name (i.e., the name that is on your official LSUS record) and a telephone number where we can reach you.
There are three transcript ordering options.
Electronic Transcript
- Click on "Order" under Electronic Transcript.
- If it is to another university enter the name of that university and select it from the search. If it is not listed, click "Enter Your Own" and enter the requested information.
If you are sending this to yourself or another individual or organization, click on "I'm sending it to myself or another individual" and enter the requested information. - Enter your name and signature and click "Continue". There is a $10 charge for ordering transcripts.
- Click "Complete Order" to finish the order.
- In one to two business days the transcript will be delivered electronically to the requested recipient.
Paper Transcript - Mail
- Click on "Order" under Paper Transcript - Mail.
- If it is to another university enter the name of that university and select it from the search. If it is not listed, click "Enter Your Own" and enter the requested information.
If you are sending this to yourself or another individual or organization, click on "I'm sending it to myself or another individual" and enter the requested information. - Enter your name and signature and click "Continue". There is a $10 charge for ordering transcripts.
- Click "Complete Order" to finish the order.
- In one to two business days the transcript will be mailed out to the requested recipient.
Paper Transcript - Pickup
- Click on "Order" under Paper Transcript - Pickup.
- If it is to another university enter the name of that university and select it from the search. If it is not listed, click "Enter Your Own" and enter the requested information.
If you are sending this to yourself or another individual or organization, click on "I'm sending it to myself or another individual" and enter the requested information. - Enter your name and signature and click "Continue". There is a $10 charge for ordering transcripts.
- Click "Complete Order" to finish the order.
- Pick up is available in the Office of Admissions and Records Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Transcripts will not be available for pick up if the office is closed. Please monitor our website for closures.A transcript will not be available for pick up until you receive an email confirmation saying that your order has been completed.
Only the pickup person indicated on the order form will be able to pick up the transcript. Photo ID is required at pick up.
Unofficial Transcript
- Visit my.lsus.edu and log in with your Student ID and PIN.
- Go to "Records". In the drop down menu click on "Display Unofficial Transcript".
- From here you can view your unofficial transcript or print it out by clicking "Print" at the bottom of the page.
