If you are attempting to log in to Zoom from the Moodle activity and you receive the message:

The instructor's email (john.doe@lsus.edu) is invalid(2216).

Error Code 2216

You will need to log in to Zoom at least ONCE using the Zoom standalone instructions and desktop application.  This allows Zoom to copy over the necessary information from LSUS to setup all of the pieces of your account.

We are working on a way to pre-populate these, but until then, this is the working solution.
