When browsing to http://mail.lsus.edu/ or otherwise navigating to the web interface of your LSUS Office 365 account, you may be directed to a different Office 365 account that you own instead of your LSUS account.
Many organizations use Microsoft Office 365 for various purposes. One main purpose is to host their email service. LSUS is one such organization.
If you have previously logged into an Office 365 account for a different organization, it is possible that your session with that account is being kept active by your web browser.
If you find yourself in this situation their are two possible solutions:
Log out of your other Email/Office 365 account and then try to log into your LSUS Email/Office 365 account again.
Open a private browser session and then log into your LSUS Email/Office 365 account again from within this private session.
To open a private browser session perform the following for whichever browser you use:
Internet Explorer / Edge: Simultaneously press the Ctrl, Shift, and P keys (Ctrl+Shift+P).
Mozilla Firefox: Simultaneously press the Ctrl, Shift, and P keys (Ctrl+Shift+P).
Google Chrome: Simultaneously press the Ctrl, Shift, and N keys (Ctrl+Shift+N).
Safari: Simultaneously pressing Control, Option, and the P keys (Control+Option+P).
