To retrieve your student ID or password, you will need to contact LSUS Information Technology Services. This can be done three ways:

1. Call Information Technology Services at 318-797-5221. Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm Central US timezone.

2. File a ticket at https://helpdesk.lsus.edu. Please include your full name (the name on your official LSUS records) and a telephone number where we can reach you. 

3. Email Information Technology Services at its@lsus.edu. Please include your full name (the name on your official LSUS records) and a telephone number where we can reach you.

These options lead to us speaking with you in order to confirm some security information. If your home timezone is outside of the LSUS work day, then please file a ticket (Option 2).
