The "Waiting On Moodle" error screen appears when there is issues loading the webpage. The "Waiting On Moodle" should only brielfy display if there is not an issue. When there is an issue and continues to display, it is usually a result of a slow/unstable internet connection, the computer running low on processing resources like RAM, or web browser issues. If you repeadely have this issue, try the below preventative measures.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies data. (Be sure to clear for All Time and not just the past hour)
- Change which browser you are using. Proctorio supports Chrome, Edge, Brave, and Opera.
- Change the network your computer is connected to or how it is connected. (Use a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi)
