When logging into Campus Drives Web Portal, some users find that they are unable to see files listed under the folders they have access to.
This issue has been found to be caused by a conflict between Google Chrome's password autofill feature and the filter on Campus Drives Web Portal.
To resolve this issue, perform the following steps:
- Click "Filter" at the top of the page:
- Click "Remove Filter"
